Willow Brook Cottage is a 2-bedroom cottage with a kitchen/dining room, lounge and large conservatory. Although attached to our house, the cottage is very secluded and the lower part of the garden (about 1/3rd acre) is available for the exclusive use of our guests.

The main bedroom is a good-sized double with a queen-sized bed and lots of storage space. Views from the two windows are of the paddock and the lower garden.

The second bedroom has twin beds. The window overlooks the gully and the fields beyond.

The bathroom has a bath with overhead shower. All towels and bedding are provided free of charge.

Downstairs, the kitchen was completely refitted in 2007 and offers excellent facilities including a fridge/freezer, hob, oven & grill and microwave. We provide basic staples such as tea, coffee, milk, bread, butter etc. for you on arrival.

The lounge has a log-effect gas fire and there is a sofabed, which very comfortably sleeps one and can sleep two on occasion. The conservatory opens off the lounge and has comfortable furniture for an impromptu breakfast or a Sunday morning with the papers and coffee.

Outside, there is a patio area with a table and chairs and barbecue. A bag of charcoal and firelighters are available for you on arrival. The gardens are home to a wide variety of birds (there is a bird table right outside the conservatory) and we actively encourage all other wildlife to share our space – squirrels play regularly in the trees in the gully.
